Verbier, Switzerland! This was the Epic Race video that won us the GoPro! Some context: We shot and edited our first videos less than 2 weeks prior, we came a long way!  Keep in mind that every video had to be shot and edited and uploaded in one day (before midnight).

On this day, we started near Courchevel, France, drove to Verbier, Switzerland, rode and captured the above, on the mountain til close (around 4:30pm), aprés on the mountain, then  drove to Austria while editing the days footage in the car, stopping at a rest-area for fuel and wifi to upload the video at 11:45pm, and continuing on to Austria to do it all over again.  We were the first to ski and ride all of the Epic Pass mountains across the Globe.

Verbier remains one of our favorites. We’ve returned 5 times. Each year its new and special.

 

Mission: Find Riparoo the dog & then interview a real ski-patrol avalanche rescue dog named Bandit!
